Your Tour Facilitator: Australian-Egyptian - Gihan is of Egyptian birth and heritage, fluent in the language, customs, culture, sociological & psycho-spiritual insights of ancient and modern Egyptian traditions. An entrusted bearer of the indigenous keepers oral wisdom traditions of Egypt, she shares her insights into these traditions with her tour guests.
Gihan's Egyptian birth right and strong local Egyptian resources, including key associations with the Supreme Council of Egyptian Antiquities and the Egyptian Ministry of Culture & Journalism allows privileges and access for her tour guests unavailable to other tour groups.
She grew up in Sydney-Australia since the age of two, bringing a unique bi-cultural awareness & understanding to your journey experience. She has been studying for years the Indigenous oral wisdom tradition of Egypt/Khemit with wisdom keepers throughout Egypt; and has collaborated with international scholars, independant Egyptologists and authors and is currently involved in research and development for Egyptian cultural heritage development projects in Egypt, and is writing her first book.
Bridging the East & West, visiting Egypt annually since childhood to stay in touch with her family & roots; and then throughout her adult life as her 'Calling' to her heritage and ancestry grew; and her independant research into Ancient Egypt / Khemit, particularly Mysticism & Healing grew; She travelled to Egypt annually on personal quests of re-discovery; deepening her understanding and expanding her great network of important Egyptian resources along the way.
She is a Graduate Alumnist of The University of New South Wales (Sydney-Australia), with a Degree in Psychology and Sociology / English Linguistics & English Literature; has a Corporate Background in Global IT&T - Human Resources; Organisational Learning & Development and Recruitment; and has Undertaken Post Graduate Studies in Law; Counselling; and Independant Research into Comparative Religion; Metaphysics; Symbology; Ancient Egyptian History, Beliefs, Healing and Alchemy.

Where do you start in writing about your own Mt. Everest moment. Mine was the absolute privilege and experience of entering the Great Pyramid before dawn and lying in the sarcophagus inside the King's Chamber with special permission arranged for our group to enter the base of the Great Pyramid.
The spiritual experience I had and am still living of our private time on the Giza Plateau has changed my life forever. The visits to all the sacred sites all over Egypt, the wonderful travelling companions we shared it with and new Egyptian friends we made was a memorable experience we will never forget.

Going to Egypt has been something I have wanted to do, since I was nine years of age and going with Gihan fulfilled that dream, thankyou. Gihan speaks the language and she is justifiably proud of the history and the culture.
