How to Order
When you have chosen a Product(s) click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page.
Change quantity: in the little white box change the number "1" to another number then click "Update Basket".
Both the Quantity and Total will be automatically updated.
Remove: If you wish to remove an item just click the "Remove" button.
You have a choice to "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed To Checkout".
If you proceed to checkout you may complete your details and address for posting of your order.
Your credit card details are encrypted using Paypal's secure socket layered server so rest assured of secure online ordering.

EFT Electronic Funds Transfer: If you choose this option please state "Paying by EFT " in the "comments box".
Please fill in the credit card boxes with "0s".

Personal Cheque or Bank Cheque. If you choose this option please state "Posting a Cheque " in the "comments box". Payable to Mysticology PO Box 777, Darlinghurst, NSW 1300.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Most products will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. This means you will receive your parcel within 1 - 10 days, depending on where you live. Should there be any delay, we will contact you by email or telephone - please ensure your phone number is on your order form so we can do this.
If you order on-line, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement of your order.
If you require urgent delivery, please phone or email us and we can Express Post delivery for you.

International delivery times vary.

We do experience delays in receiving some titles or products due to being unavailable from the publisher, supplier or agents. This being the case we normally receive delivery of certain titles within 2 -3 days and will post your order immediately on receipt of our suppliers delivery.
If we have the titles or products, you ordered in stock, we shall post within 24 - 48 hours.

Registered Post and Insurance
If you require your order to be registered or insured please request by email or telephone.

International Orders
Payments: We provide Credit Card Facilities and PayPal for international payments.
Post Charges International: For International orders we will calculate the weight and destination and advise by email the additional freight costs applicable.

Wholesale / Pro Forma Orders: All wholesale trade is made on Pro Forma terms of trade, with 50% of order balance payable upon placement of order.
